By submitting this form and paying the show entry fee, you are confirming your child’s participation in our upcoming show. Please read the following terms carefully:

Commitment to Participate
Submission of this form and payment of the entry fee confirms your commitment to attend the show. We will allocate your child a dance and begin preparations based on your confirmation.

Non-Refundable Fee
The show entry fee is non-refundable. This includes circumstances where your child is later unable to attend, whether due to illness, holiday, or change of plans.

Costume & Rehearsal Involvement
Further details regarding costumes, rehearsal and show timings will be shared separately. By entering, you agree to support your child’s involvement in all elements of the show.

Changes & Cancellations
In the unlikely event that we need to make changes to the event schedule, we will inform you as soon as possible. Any changes will not affect the non-refundable nature of the entry fee.

By checking this box, I give consent for my child to be included in photos and videos taken during the show. This may include images captured by a press photographer, social media content creator, and videographer, which may be used for promotional purposes including press, social media, and future marketing.
